Before starting with how does it actually feels like working in a Private banks, this blog is a first hand experience from my friends who currently is working in one of the top private sector banks.
Thinking of getting a job in banks is a matter of pride for many but the actual reality is upside down especially for private banks.The initial days at bank feels like heaven but as the days passes by you will actually feel the heat and as JFM nears by you will be forced to sit on a burning stove as the pressure is such.
A typical day at a private banks starts with morning hurdle or morning meeting.The meeting starts with asking for today’s commitment in CA SA FD RD LI MF SIP MOBILE BANKING REGISTRATION INTERNET BANKING REGISTRATION AND MANY MORE and as the commitment part ends manager starts using verbally appeasing words for not achieving yesterday’s commitment .So the day starts with getting bashed by the Manager and with this mood you will have achieve today’s target orelse get ready for tomorrow morning meeting.
